I’m Salih Gürel, a highly skilled business and IT consultant with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Engineering. I bring a wealth of experience from working with prominent firms across diverse industries, where I specialize in business process optimization, IT solutions, and strategic development.

My journey began with Mondi AG, where I worked as a Junior Analyst, managing energy reporting, sustainability analyses, and operational excellence initiatives. From there, I advanced to Prinzhorn Holding GmbH as an ERP Consultant and IT Expert, where I was responsible for managing key areas of the value-chain system, providing user support, and developing database queries and scripts in SQL.

In subsequent roles as a business consultant, I contributed to companies such as Syncier Consulting GmbH, delivering comprehensive analysis, process improvements, and IT system implementations, as well as Capgemini Consulting, where I focused on strategic concept development, KPI analysis, and stakeholder management.

Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to intern at Procter & Gamble and BMW AG, gaining early exposure to process optimization and innovation management.

I hold certifications in Scrum (PSM 1), ITIL, SAP S/4HANA, and Six Sigma, and am fluent in Turkish, German, and English.
